1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Brandsriser Solution ("we", "us", "our") for graphic design and printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
We provide graphic design and printing solutions including logo design, visiting cards, stationery, brochures, packaging, banners, flyers, and social media design for businesses in Rajkot, Gujarat and beyond. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon with the client before work begins.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information shared by the client. Final pricing may vary if the project scope, number of revisions, or deliverables change after the quote is issued. We will inform you before any additional charges are applied.
4. Project Process & Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as discussed during the quotation stage. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as a new task and billed accordingly. Work typically begins after an advance payment and confirmation of the project brief.
5. Payment Terms
An advance payment is generally required before design work begins, with the remaining balance due before final files are delivered or print production is completed. We accept payment via the methods communicated to you directly.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of the final, approved design transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until then, all drafts and concepts remain the property of Brandsriser Solution. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and on social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, content, and timely feedback. Delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
8. Printing & Delivery
Print turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to print volume, paper/material availability, or courier delays. Minor variations in color between on-screen previews and printed output can occur due to differences between digital displays and print processes.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled before work has started, the advance payment may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative costs. Once design work has commenced or printing has been ordered, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
10. Limitation of Liability
Brandsriser Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our designs or printed materials, including business outcomes resulting from marketing or branding decisions made using our work.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
